A vision of immense symmetry and ingenuity. Conceptualized around a unique concept of form and content, the towers on the northwest and northeast are impregnated with lifts and staircases, even as four apartments/floors overlook the frontal waterways and an internal landscaped court. This fortress form, a throwback of sorts to medieval classicism, induces the free flow of south breeze on account of its special aerodynamic form.
Nature’s perfection finds her image in “Greenwood Park Extension”. With a landscaped promenade stepping down from the pastured deck, which covers the HIG car park, and extending to waterfront embankments, the enclosure is almost an esplanade smothered in green. The promenade is to house a coffee shop (provisional), library, community hall, health club, two double height public spaces and even shops. Besides, almost as theatrical in conception as the lotus lobule is in it’s shape, the close proximity of an amphitheatre (in the adjacent Greenwood Park complex) makes for wholesomeness in life that few can claim to provide. Access to the towering heights of the “Emerald Isle Extension” will be controlled for security. Adequate roof gardens and roof terraces will provide the touch of green and create an ambience of serenity and tranquility. Intrusions like vehicular traffic are here as unknown as irritants like noise and pollution. Proper landscaping along with rainwater harvesting will ensure the pristine environment. |
