Architect’s view…
Shrachi River Breeze is a residential development set adjacent to the bank of the river Hooghly in Baidyabati. The project includes a number of blocks that flank either a landscaped garden, south side or the river front.
The linear design of the blocks also offers a captivating panoramic view of the landscape garden that is dotted with more than two hundred existing trees Most apartments either face the south or the central lawn and are either two or three sides open, thereby having ample light, efficient cross ventilation and unhindered views of the surroundings.
The club is located near the entrance of the complex and abuts the huge central landscaped area and boosts of a swimming pool, gazebo, children play area, community hall, gym, indoor games room and library. A peripheral vehicular road around the complex ensures and unhindered movement for cars coming in or going out of the complex. It also provides a safe haven for children.
The external faces of the building are painted in soft bright colours set in the subtle background of off-white. The staggering balconies of the different floors further highlight the varying geometry of the facade thereby creating an interesting composition.
On the front side of the project and abutting the G.T. Road features a shopping arcade with separate entry providing the residents the luxury of having all facilities next door without compromising on privacy and security. |
