| Our company has a team of competent and qualified engineers in all streams who look after every aspect of activity from design to manufacturing, quality control and after sales service on. Research and Development activities are also undertaken side by side along with regular production. |
| Design and Engineering |
| A number of highly qualified and innovative design engineers are engaged to take care of the customized needs of every buyer. Computer aided design facilities with drafting station and software programmes form part of design innovation. |
| Manufacturing |
| The company has a well-equipped modern machine shop including heat treatment, precision grinding and Fabrication facilities of all description including sheet metal work. Modern metal forming, cutting and welding processes are backed by specialized machinery, which constitute the manufacturing base and heavy fabrication facilities of the company. Mig Welding, Tig Welding & Plasma Cutting M/C are also installed in addition to conventional Welding Generator Sets. Thus wide range of manufacturing activity is performed under one roof having a close cohesion between different departments and divisions. |
| Quality Management |
BTL’S Quality Assurance Programme operates under guidelines, which meets the most stringent quality control requirements utilizing own QA team, testing provisions and instruments.
Raw materials and all bought-out items of proven performance are procured from reputed, most reliable suppliers and undergo rigorous inspection and testing before acceptance and use.
Manufacture of equipment are subject to regular third party inspection agencies like RITES, EIL Lloyds, Bureau Veritas etc. |
| Material Procurement |
| BTL has its Separate Material Procurement Department backed by qualified and experienced engineers looking after procurement - be it for raw materials required in self-manufacture or for items of the project bought - outs. BTL has its own approved vendors for all items which is extendable and / or restricted to others as per customers’ requirements. |
| After Sales Service |
BTL service and support does not end with physical completion of a job. We follow through and work with our customer to make certain that the equipment or the system we have supplied is working satisfactorily as per requirements and specifications.
Efficient after-sales service for spares and maintenance is what makes BTL distinct from other companies.

BTL is fully capable of executing Material Handling Projects on a turnkey basis from concept to commissioning, inclusive of mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, instrumentation etc. backed up by expertise in design, manufacture and installation of various bulk material handling systems.
