BTL believes in retaining customers and
building long-term relationships. Key to this success
is Quality Assurance Plan, put in its proper perspective
and diligently followed. Raw materials come from
quality conscious and major Steel Plants along with
manufacturer’s Test Certificates. Besides,
material samples cut in the factory are tested in-house
as well as by the recognized Test Houses. During
manufacture, in-process and final inspection is carried
out to check profiles by BTL Quality Assurance Engineers.
Later inspected Baskets are offered for final inspection
to Customers’ Engineers and / or by their appointed
inspection Agencies.
The procedure welcomes third party inspection agencies like Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, SGS etc. It is an established practice with BTL to submit Quality Plan to its Customers for approval. BTL has in-house testing facilities to conduct thermal and flow tests. Quality is the hallmark of all BTL Products.
