SERVICES  To ensure timely availability of spares and servicing of the machineries, we have strengthened our focus on services as a concept. We have increased the number of stockists and super-stockists dealing with spares for a better after sales-service & friendly image post-sales. Currently, Shrachi has more than 40 Stockists/Super-stockists and 200+ dealer network across the length & breadth of the country to cater to the service requirements of each & every customer. In the year 2011-12 we have provided more than 40 days of training to around 200 dealer mechanics all over the country for ensuring doorstep support to our customers and resolving their issues in shortest possible time. A Number of service personnel have been added to the service team to provide on the spot service to the farmers. Currently, we have about 20 in-house mechanics located in all the important markets of the country. Customer satisfaction and friendly image is our motto.
